interpretation of the Passenger Vehicle Transport Award), depot structure, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Assist with the integration and testing of third-party systems such as Xero (accounting), telematics hardware, and Transport for NSW data reporting standards (GTFS, TODIS).</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between the customer and Busable’s internal product, engineering, and customer success teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the transition.</li><li>Monitor system performance, uptime, and user adoption metrics during the onboarding period, providing regular progress reports to both the customer and Busable management.</li><li>Provide ongoing post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations to ensure the customer achieves measurable operational benefits from the platform.</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><h2 style="margin-left:0cm;">Essential Criteria</h2>To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:<ul><li>Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma level or higher).</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrated experience in an ICT customer support, help desk, or technical support role, preferably within a SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software environment.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of cloud-based platforms and infrastructure, including experience supporting applications hosted on AWS or similar cloud environments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide technical support for software deployment, data migration, and system integration projects.</li><li>Experience conducting end-user training and onboarding for non-technical users in a business or operational environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of database concepts, data validation, and the ability to support data migration and transformation activities.</li><li>Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on-site at a customer location, managing priorities and escalations independently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Willingness to be based in Wagga Wagga, NSW for the duration of the onboarding project (approximately 12 months).</li></ul><h2 style="margin-left:0cm;">Desirable Criteria</h2><ul><li>Experience supporting software systems in the transport, logistics, or fleet management industry.</li><li>Familiarity with payroll systems and award interpretation, particularly the Passenger Vehicle Transport Award (PVTA) or similar Australian transport enterprise agreements.</li><li>Experience with accounting software integrations (e.g., Xero, MYOB).</li><li>Understanding of government transport reporting standards such as GTFS, TODIS, or similar compliance frameworks.</li><li>Experience with functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and bug reporting workflows in an Agile software development environment.</li><li>Prior experience working in regional Australia or with regional business customers.</li><li>Experience with real-time telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet monitoring systems.</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).</li></ul>
